Google! What did I do wrong????

My site application was rejected by adsense (howtobecomeacounselor.org). I would just like anyone's opinion on why? The site is about 6 weeks old and this is my first time applying for Adsense.
Also who or what reviews your website, Is it a bot/computer or a human? Plus any tips on how to improve my site. How many times can I reapply for adsense? Any personal stories would be great.
Any constructive criticism is appreciated

    reading the policy and you will find answers in advance. I think 6 weeks may too short?

    There could be many reasons that you got rejected. You should actually call them, and try to find out what was the issue.

    Also if you are looking for a guide which gets you accepted into Adsense, please let me know, and I'll send you a copy of my eBook.
