Just starting CPA want to promote with YouTube

I'm starting fresh, new YouTube account new CPA offer under the MMO niche, how should I go about making this YouTube video? For the CPA offer I get paid after someone signs up and confirms their email. How should I make a YouTube video bout this offer? With my webcam on? All text? How should I start CPA with YouTube?

    Try to make few different videos, you will see witch one works best for you so later you can make something similar. And don't forget that there is more video sharing sites.
    Take traffic from everywhere you can. It's free.
    If you can't make a good video, go to fiverr/pay 5$ and someone will make a video for you.

    IMO when you are making videos you want to focus on getting visitors opposed to trying to sell them on the offer.. Why not make several videos and see which works better?
