Does airpush work on a CPC basics or CPM

and if its CPC what is the min CPC rate?

Or what is the lowest people are getting for USA traffic

    I think it's just CPC and not sure of the minimum.

    Setup a campaign and you'll see though.

      Well i kinda of did but not making no sense to me lol i see cpm/cpc but no where to input anything, but then im seeing people saying they doing 0.03 per click and all that madness unless im missing out on a page some where hmmm lets go back and check lol.
