Need advice please- List building for clickbank

hello

i want try new way to promote clickbank product with list building, my plan is to start building list for "adult" segment clickbank product ( male enlargement, libido booster, tao badass, and other related ) . and plan to use adult media network like exoclick, adxpansion, plugrush , etc

i offer a rebrand pdf ebook (free report) from penisadvantage to build list , i dont know what i should give to start build list, so i give this free report ( also including affiliate link inside this report )

i need advice how about my landing page and my concept ?
i tried run it on adxpansion, and i got 19 new subsriber, and 15 unsubscribe, so only 4 active subsribe now ... ... anyone can advice me please...

    You need a larger sample size, until your list hits a few hundred it's too early to make any decisions about it, but at the same time can you share what your emailing them? Perhaps you are being too aggressive.
