Need Clarification on single-opt-in for cpa

I was looking for a couple of cpa offers, and I found a few, but I have a question.

I found a few that pay $3.50 to 4.00, and they say, payout on single registration (single opt-in).

The first page of the offer, only ask for a zip code and their age, but the next page they go to, asks for their date of birth, email, and a password, and some of the offers ask for more than that.

So does the first page they fill out, with just their age and zip code, qualify me for the payout, or do they have to fill out both pages.

I am assuming just the first page, but would like to know before I dive in.

Thanks Glenn

Single opt in means they don't need to confirm their information (Like when you subscribe for a newsletter, they'll shoot you an email telling you to click here to confirm your subscription - that would be double opt in).

It's very VERY unlikely they would pay $4 for just a zip and age. They need to create a full account/fill in all the info, but they don't need to confirm it through email or a phone call after that.

You're best bet is to ask your AM these types of questions.

Just as Justin said, single opt-in, normally means just submitting an email address, however I doubt someone would pay $3.50-4 for this.

This would be my assumption as well. If you are unsure you can always ask your affiliate manager there are here for you in situations like these.
