Anyone ever use/heard of Danari Media?

I'm wondering if anyone has ever heard of Danari Media and what have they heard? Or have they used them for CPC and how did they like them?

I ask because I got this email from a guy who filled out the contact form on my site.

"I found your company and was curious to see if you are interested in CPC traffic. My name is ---- and I work for Danari Media, Inc. We specialize search traffic for desktop and mobile from all GEOs for as low as $0.003 CPC. Our traffic is great for viewing videos, browsing content sites and general audience development. We can optimize for any metric you are tracking in Google Analytics.

    I have e-mailed them because I wanted to use paid traffic. They have e-mailed me back introducing themselves. I e-mailed them back telling them I wanted to do they haven't e-mailed me back. Its almost been 2 weeks. Ive looked elsewhere.
