What are best, low cost digital marketing strategies

I'm about to launch a new online training program and I want to utitilze adwords and bing...

Can you also provide me with any other suggestions.

I've heard of retargetting, but who to go with and how to get this set up and what is approx cost?

I've heard of gmail targeting.. don't know much about it...

Pretty much I want to do anything I can to keep retargeting people who are coming to my landing pages or main website....

    Retargeting....

    For facebook retargeting (even if they don't visit
    from facebook) use:
    Adroll/Perfect Audience

    Though they both also cover retargeting across the internet in general.

    However, for more of a reach in regards to retargeting across banners,
    I suggest you use the Google Adwords Retargeting feature... though it
    depends on your niche.

    Try using free advertising on social networks. facebook, twitter, pinterest, youtube etc. just to name a few.
