Clickbank & CPV Lab
I recently started promoting clickbank offers and got 2 conversions on 1 campaign.
I use CPV lab for this and I found this article already:

Well, I didn't had this set up yet, but the thing is when I see the two conversions under tid it's empty so there s no trackingid so I can't see which target converted.
I have my link setup in CPV lab, something like this:
http://somestuffhere.hop.clickbank.net/?tid=
I would expect this would give it an unique tid, but it looks like it isn't working. What is wrong?
Also Append SubId to Offer is checked.
