Is it good to buying links feom peopleperhour and upwork?

Hi, i am running a blog in tech niche. It's 6months old and 300pageviews per day. I'm outreaching other bloggers for guest posting but they are only offering sponsored posts. Finally i came to know about peopleperhour.com and upwork.com there are many freelancers offering guestposts. Is it good to buy from them? It can harm my rankings?

    If the content is good it won't harm your rankings. But make sure that it's really high-quality guestposts, make sure its unique. Also check if the freelancer have good reputation, have been doing guestposts in the past.
