If you're sending out Excel statements to your affiliates, you can add comments to explain some of the details.
But don't limit yourself to those boring yellow rectangles. To really catch people's attention, you can change the comment shape and color.
How to Change the Comment Shape
In Excel 2003, it's easy to change a comment's shape, by using the commands on the Drawing toolbar.
Changing an Excel comment's shape is a bit tougher in Excel 2007 and Excel 2010 -- at least the first time. You'll need to add a Change Shape command to the Quick Access Toolbar.
