Right now I have been working through the materials in Preston Ely's course "Wake up Wealthy". It is interesting, because it is a holistic approach. It contains eighteen videos, I've seen four of them right now. For every moduel (video), there is an PDF transcript, a video download, an MP3 version and more.

I hope this "Red Pill" (original name of the program) course will do it, as I am not making any money right now after my Adsense account has been banned
