I've never been one to believe that watching the news could be anything but an opportunity to shake my head so imagine my surprise when I was proved wrong. There are so many myths flying around out there about sales copy these days...

Here's a big one....

A copy guy will create demand for your copy. Wrong...the demand needs to be there already.

As good all Eugene S. used to say...the copy guy's job is to write copy where people can see clearly through the shop window to see what you are selling.
