An issue I see over and over is someone wants to make money now and they sign a contract as a contractor without worrying about the terms. This could be for marketing, SEO, writing, website building, etc. Just about anything.

Later, the contract ends and the person or business on the other end of the contract sends a reminder of the noncompete preventing work in an industry or with certain clients for a year. Sometimes, many years.

Suddenly, the business comes to a halt....

Have no idea about Google Updated, but i know my keyword dropped to #3 recently (Authentic Chinese food recipes blog) , That also could be effect by Title changing, I added Yzenith in the front, Now change back, If few days, this Keyword go back, That means, New Google update is not my business, If not, I think i got headache
