Today was pretty good, I had time to do some research on some of the latest diets and post a couple articles about them. I researched hoodia and looked at seobook to figure out the keyword I wanted to target. I decided on the one to go with and started researching, the research took about 45 mins then I wrote the article in bout 20 mins, so bout an hour or so is all.

I was thinking about everything I have learned over the last few years about IM and came to a bit of a realization last night.

I have read "Desperate Buyers Only" or portions of it anyway and I understand that its good to target those that need an immediate solution to their problem. So in thinking about markets I could target with desperate buyers in it I origionally...

So this week I got 4 articles submitted to Ezine articles and they got approved, already had a little traffic to my squidoo lens so thats a good thing. the more I think about how I am building my business at the moment the more I think I am going to basicall be the weight loss guru, lol.

So last night before I went to bed I made the decission to start at IM again with the knowledge I have acquired over the last 4 years and apply it all. It is exciting however this time around the resources at my disposal are more limited than ever before. At the moment, all I have is Aweber. So im pretty much going after it with a $20 budget this time. I am using Squidoo and Blogger for my site pages.
