Recently I've been attending a class by Warrior Forum member, Butch Hamilton. The name of the class is Creative Writing for the Internet. The idea behind it is to help us understand the purpose and value of adding relevant and keyword specific content to a blog or website for search engine optimization.
Apparently it's working because the blog we are all contributing to was in top position on page one for the keyword in Google within a few days. I used the same approach with a new blog and within a couple of weeks it was on page two in Google, with a fairly competitive keyword.
I'm also finding out that by doing some writing every day, well almost every day, that the writing comes easier and the ideas seem to manifest as the fingers work the keyboard. In fact, this business of creative writing for the internet has changed from something I didn't want to do into something I really enjoy doing. In the process my websites and blogs become more valuable and hopefully more interesting for my visitors and readers.
