Getting Screwed By Google??

I just cant figure out what the problem is...
It seems that no matter what I do, I just cant get a decent Quality Score. I feel like I am doing everything right. Only using one Keyword in the Adgroup, broad, phrase and and exact match. And I also am Using that Keyword in the Ad Text.
But no matter what i do, the quality score is 1 or poor. I have even tried using a blog as a landing page and used the keywords in there too, then used that blog url in the ad for the landing page. nothing seems to work. I just cant find the answers. What do I do?
Should i try to contact Google Directly, i know that is eaiser said than done. Dont want to do that.
What is the key to getting a good quality score.

Spy Fu
Keyword Spy
Speed PPc
Hexatrack
