MLM Recruiting - Network Marketing Tips and Secrets

Hey, it's Anthony and today I'm going to be talking about mlm recruiting and how you can start recruiting people into your multilevel company or network marketing company on autopilot. I'm going to tell you some things that you've probably never heard of before and it's probably going to be the exact opposite of what you've been told to do. Now, if you don't know my story, again, my name is Anthony Reed, I'm a single dad and I got into network marketing back in 2010. The company that I joined is amazing. One problem when I had joined this company, the way that I was taught to build my business was probably the same way you've been taught to recruit people into your mlm company. Those strategies were to make a list of my friends and family. I was taught the three foot rule to approach anybody within 3 feet of me that I thought looked sharp and would be a good fit for this type of a business. I was told to do hotel meetings, home parties, pass out samples, promotional materials like DVD's, CD's and magazines. I did all of that stuff and it worked but I got burnt out.
I ended up contacting my sponsor, like I had done many times throughout that year when I was struggling. I asked if there was an easier or better way. His answer was to keep doing what you're going and keep playing the numbers. He even told me to start going to shopping malls if I ran out of people to talk to. Then, I did that. I started going to shopping malls passing out magazines, DVD's, going up to people that I thought looked sharp. I wasn't getting good results and not only that, even if I would've got good results and I'm glad I didn't, it's not something that I wanted to do. I didn't get into network marketing to walk around shopping malls and approaching strangers and I'm sure that's not why you got into it either.
I'm a professional online marketer and have been for some time now. So After I had struggled with network marketing I went online to look for a mentor. I wanted to find someone who was getting results, who was doing it without all those strategies I was being told. I knew that there was a better way to do it. I didn't want to approach friends and family anymore. Not only that, I noticed that a lot of people that were in that company were also struggling; it wasn't just me. Most of the people I was talking to weren't getting results.

When it comes down to mlm recruiting, those tactics that they teach are not enjoyable; they just don't work for most people. After I found the mentor and I partnered up with someone who was getting results and was building their business on the internet, everything changed for me. The main thing that changed for me was when I was exposed to the internet, one of the first things that I learned was that there was hundreds of thousands of people that were going onto the internet every single day, every hour, every minute, all over the world looking for ways to start a home based business. Looking for multilevel marketing companies; looking for network marketing businesses that they could join.
What I was taught was that it was possible to get my business in front of those people who were searching for what it was that I was already offering. I couldn't understand why I wasn't taught this in the beginning. And really being a professional internet marketer I should have known this. If you just think about it, doesn't that make more sense to get your business in front of people? If you're looking to recruit people into your mlm business, wouldn't it make more sense to get your business in front of people who are searching for what you have rather than approaching strangers and pushing it on your friends and family? Obviously, I think you would agree that getting it in front of people that are looking for what we have makes a lot more sense. Once I learned those strategies and started applying it into my business, everything changed. I now sponsor 1 to 3 people a day.
Forget this two who gets two who gets two or three who gets three who gets three or if you get one person that gets one and they get one and after 12 months you're going to have a team of 8000 people. Guys that stuff is a myth, it doesn't exist; it's not realistic. The proof that it doesn't work is that if you do the math, basic math, if it was that easy that two who gets two who gets two, if that really worked all 6 billion people that are on the planet would have been recruited already. It doesn't exist and you guys need to understand that. As soon as you can understand that and you can learn how to get your business in front of people on the internet that are searching for what you have, that's when you're going to succeed.
