Today’s post is all about setting goals and sticking to them, to ensure they become a habit.
I have been guilty of letting my blog posting schedule slip badly, and I am conscious that any new traffic coming to my blog will see that there has been no updates for a while, and will move on to the next one.

I really need to get better at writing and scheduling my blog...
