Programming languages as religions -
If programming languages were religions...
That’s a very enjoyable list if you are versed in a couple languages, or if you are just familiar with any, or just like tech jokes.
I personally favor PHP. Java and I had a fight just a couple months ago…. didn’t turn out well… And C++ and I want to be friends, so I’ll tell you how that goes. Python and I have had thoughts about eachother, but neither of us have taken any action. I just look at Ruby and ask myself, “Why?” C# absolutely hates me. I didn’t do anything to C#. C seems to be just stuck in a corner somewhere. I never see C. Perl scares me. I’ve never used it, but I have heard only bad things. And Visual Basic… I have nothing to say. Why, Microsoft, why integrate some random new language ASP or ASP.NET with a programming language like Visual Basic?
