I need help

Hello everyone,
To all the good samaritans members of this forum i would like to ask for help, some tips and guidance. I'm just starting on this making money online adventure and i guess you could say i'm "the idiot in the valley" where this is concerned.
I just started a website and linked it to google adsense and I'm not earning. I don't know what i am doing wrong or what i am not doing at all. I want to learn to do this CPA program and i would like some tips on where or how to start this.
I'm jobless so i don't have a lot of cash lying around me. Every penny counts for me. So, if any of you good samaritans out there would help me, i would greatly appreciate it. Thank you.
