Hey there,
Did you know you can hook up your hosting account to your gmail
account, and then administrate all your email accounts from just 1
gmail account?
If you go into your internet hosting account and look on your cpanel
for "forwarders" you can assign an email address to forward all the mail
that comes into your hosting account to.
There are actually two options, one is forwarding ALL email that comes
into a DOMAIN NAME and the other is forwarding email sent to an email
address, which is the specific topic covered here.
After that, you go to the gmail account you sent the host email to and
go into "settings" and then "accounts" and you will see where you can
add email accounts.
There is a short process gmail will ask you to follow in order to validate
that you own the account that the mail is coming from, but after that
you will be able to manage your email accounts from your gmail account.
From your gmail account it will then ask you if you want to reply from your
gmail address or your hosted email address. This is awesome because it
allows you to add as many accounts to your gmail as you wish, and cuts
way down on administration time.
