I miss blogging.
I miss blogging when it used to be just blogging and not "internet marketing". Not "social networking". When LiveJournal was something and you only had 5 or 10 people reading your blog, but at least they were really reading it...and you were reading theirs, and you were both engaged. It was about your life. Not written for the sake of SEO.
I remember when Myspace was the new thing and one of my favorite parts was the blog... it's what brought me to Myspace from Friendster... does anyone even remember Friendster???
Now a blog isn't a blog. It's a brand. Or it's a video YouTube station.
I miss writing because I'm inspired and I want to put words together in a way that sounds nice in your head when read.
So, this is my first entry because I came to market the Internet but I miss blogging.
