What to do when you lost your webpresence?

The passed 7 days were the most horrible since I am online and I do not see a way to overcome this situation without loosing everything I have done during the past 3 years.
My hosting company's servers are all down since seven days
I owned a reseller account there and have a few clients as well.
All my domains besides 2 of them were registered via this host, so I cannot reach one of them.
At the moment my only presence is at some social networks like facebook, twitter, ecademy, linkedin, Xing.
I was able to change DNS from 2 of my domains to another host now, but lost the content completely. At least I have 2 domains left which i can start using again.
This hosters Link Cloaking program which I mostly used for all my links cannot be reached as well. So I do not know which regular link is hidden behind the cloaked link.
I still have my sites on my PC, but no link is valid anymore and since they are all cloaked, I do not know what this link was for.
Restoring my blog backups did not work either.
So at the moment I lost my whole business and am desperately looking for a way, how I can get hold of my domains again and how to transfer my content to the new hosting company, at least the most important sites.
Is anybody here, who can help me with an advise? At the moment I am financially and mentally totally broken.
Please help, if you can.
I think the servers are not down due to technical issues, because they are on different locations and all 6 of them are completely down.
The hoster is not reachable, does not answer mails. I just do not understand, because he was the internet freind who really was helping me a lot during the past years and I fully trusted him.
Maybe he got finacial problems and was not able to pay for the servers anymore. But he could have warned his clients. I know that he had a lot of clients who probably suffer now the same way I do.
If there are any among you, warriors, please let me know. Perhaps one of you knows more about the whole desaster.
Whenever I try to open one of the websites, Google just cannot find it, as if it never had been online.
I really hope I will find some help .
Thanks in advance and god bless you

Probably an obvious one that you'd already thought of, but the first thing I would do would be to look up the host name on the WHOIS database to get the address and phone number of the owner.
...That's if you don't already know these contact details of course.
Then at least you have something to go on.
Good luck, I really feel for you... but persist with this. Everything happens for a reason, and there will be a silver lining to this cloud.
