Hey folks, what's up?

Hope you'll are doing great.

In this blog post I want to talk a little bit about something that I recently discovered and that you too maybe taking for granted.

How It Started..

It was last week, when I was checking my stats for one of my niche websites. I realized that a page was showing up that was getting a lot of traffic. On a closer look, I realized it wasn't really a post but rather an image.

In the blog post I had placed an image and didn't embed my affiliate link in it. Then I discovered a lot of my visitors were clicking on the link which took them to a next page showing the same image.

So I quickly added my affiliate link to the image and guess what....

A few days later I had well over 70 hops from that image and a sale with an upsell. So can you imagine how many sales I could have gained had I embed my affiliate link in the first place?

The Moral Of The Story..

Always check your stats so that you can improve on any leakage that your websites may have. See a simple thing as not placing your affiliate links in your images on your websites could be costing you a lot of sales.
