Yesterday I posted my very first ad trying to recruit commissions only sales agents.
It's my first attempt to outsource sales in any way shape or form.
My next step is recruiting email entry personnel, and that should be later this week.
So far I've had 8 responses to the ad and since I did not mention what the service I was selling was all about, I replied to all with a detailed response with service details, target market and commission opportunities.
I have a tracking system on my gmail account which tells me if and when a person reads my emails and so far only one person as seen the reply. (And did not continue with the selection process)
I was not expecting everyone to jump at this opportunity, but on the other hand don't know what kind of numbers to expect.
We'll see as the week goes on.
Anyone here has thoughts on hiring commission only sales staff for offline services?

Quick Update, as of today, 8 people replied to my ad, to which I all sent an email explaining what the services are and what they could make in commissions.
4 people read the reply and none of them got back to me. I guess I have to tweak the process a bit.
