Unless you've got previous work to show I'd say no. Start off small and then build up your reputation over time.
It won't be easy at first and you may even get a little pis*ed off when you don't get great results.
Stick with it and you'll start to get momentum! A lot of people fail in Internet Marketing because they give up too early and then jump on the next "greatest" and "latest".
Most things that you buy work, you just need to take action and implement them
