selling domains for profit

I just sold a domain name for 3000$

Its in escrow but buyer sent funds, escrow just waiting for funds to clear. The escrow company only takes 210$ leaving me with 2790$ minus $10 it costed for domain. The domain is a .mobi . There is definately something to domain name flipping.
I did nothing but list it on sedo and with godaddy auctions. The sale originated from godaddy.

This domain was never developed, it was used in cash parking with about 20 others which generated over 36000$ in profit but was never paid as I was accussed of click fraud. I never committed click fraud and godaddy did receive payment for the ads clicked from google, I did violate the cash parking tos though and had promoted the site in asia. Someone of you would say sue but i violated the terms of service so where is my case.

Regardless this domain never developed sold for $3000. There is profit online and many give up too easy. Perserverance is key and stick with what works and if what your doing is not working, try something different.
