Experimenting With A $25 WSO

I recently bought two pre-made blogs for $25 each, and have set them up as an experiment of sorts.
The first one is about picking up girls (Match Me!), and the second one is about diet & exercise (Weightloss X | Weight Loss, Exercise, and Six Pack Abs!).
The 'experiment' is to see if I can take advantage of the pre-made aspect of these sites. I'm creating or re-writing the eight articles each one comes with so that they'll have high-quality, original content in place of the dup content.
The blogs are nicely done - if fairly typical - using Woo Themes 'Gazette' theme. What I've bought myself is the theme (though I actually already own this one), and 8 articles (though all are being changed or replaced).
What I'm really 'getting' is an already-done set up & layout, including images for the articles, header, etc.
The benefit is that it saves me the time & effort to create a reasonably professional-looking, polished site.
As the WSO vendor offers about 60 of these in popular and somewhat-popular niches, I can instead focus on finding some keyword opportunities within the available niches, and then developing content accordingly.
As I'll be funneling a decent amount of traffic to them, I'll be able to see if I can optimize them to convert. If I can, then I've essentially created a 'quick & easy' formula for cashing in on some niche blogs.
Initially I'll be using Clickbank and Amazon to monetize the websites.
If the experiment works, I can justify spending the time and effort exploring additional and/or alternative monetization options, including using the sites to build subscriber lists.
I should have a pretty good handle on the whole thing within the next 60-90 days.
