After nearly 6 month contemplating, putting together material, starting & re-starting, I've finally launched my IM blog: Tested Money-Makers.

I recently bought a site for selling pensions, targeted towards retiree's and others who are receiving pensions but need cash.

Similar to a structured settlement, a pension pays out a sum to a retiree, usually monthly. The amount payed out is usually a function the salary the retired person was receiving.

The payout is guaranteed, and often adjusts for 'COLA' or "cost of living adjustments".
