New PLR Startup

It's taken me awhile to discover my best skill online is writing. I'll be a better marketer later as I learn more of how that works, but writing is really where I'm good. So I'm starting a PLR site of content written especially by me.
The Warrior Forum will be able to buy the articles at a discount through WSOs here:

I might make the main site plr.rltz.com. Here my article packets will be sold at their actual price. This is a current work in progress and is still getting off the ground. I'm not interested in the theme that much as I want to get the content written and up there.
The first articles are located here:

I expect to sell this same packet at the main PLR site for $50, or $5 an article.
The integrity of the packets is essential to me so Give-away rights will never appear and you agree to the Rights when you buy. Got to protect yourself as a writer after all.
Since I write all these articles myself and don't outsource my very best skill new content may be sporatic depending on when I finish the next packet. I'm going to start with niches I know very well or that I'm curious about first. It's easiest and quickest for me to write that way.
Obviously different price points will be tested.
I'm really looking forward to making a good, high quality site this way aimed at internet marketers looking for good, unique PLR.
