Facebook App Implication Changing!

Hi, if you know me or have been following my interest working with Facebook, you're know it's not easy to create your apps; well things are about to change as something out there has kind of flattened my idea a little, as my project has been to offer a running bespoke development centre for businesses to use and tap into the number one traffic source FB!
Okay, well I kind of had a idea anyway this would be a good market to tap in to, as a lot of technical knowledge was needed like HTML, CSS, JavaScript and PHP to make an app function on Facebook correctly.
However, I still think this is a market which has not been exploited fully yet, but there are very clever developers out there that will be able to make this process a piece of cake for any level of computer knowledge or skills you have.
What I've found is a software that you enter in your URL and it converts your web page in to a ready to go functioning app on Facebook with just a few clicks of a button!
