Issues with Change of Address on Google webmaster tools

In September of 2012, I purchased the domain name giftcard.com and then on October 3, 2012, we moved www.GiftCardLab.com's content to the new domain and 301'd all our pages. We also used Google's webmaster tool to submit a change of address. It appears that the external site links we had previously for GiftCardLab.com have not transferred to GiftCard.com. Our rankings have fallen dramatically since the change and I'm trying to make sense of it all because I thought the investment would be a good thing from a search perspective, not a bad thing.

Just today, in webmaster tools, when you click on sites linking in, there is no longer any data, similar to when you submit a new site. I'm wondering if Google is finally resetting and about to give us the credit for the address change.
