Web video html not working

I just got Josh Anderson's total web video tutorial and have been running into an html problem.
The pop up has been working great with Dreamweaver 8 except for the transparent part of the video. I can't insert the 1st transparent code because the html that it should be pasted into wasn't created by dreamweaver when I insert the flash video.
I followed the instructions many times to insert the flash video and when the html comes up the top part is incomplete.
The javascript also didn't have the lines that he told us to look out for:
adp("template01",htmlstring,"");
show('template01');
Do you know why I'm running into this problem?
I'm using adobe Aftereffects CS3, then Flash video encoder, the dreamweaver 8 and dhtml popup pro.
Please help.

It has been a while since I did this, but I think you cannot just use DreamWeaver. It doesn't know transparent. You have to use the code provided by Josh. Use his sample and just substitute your video in its place.
