More progress, and branching out

Using Market Samurai, I've uncovered some good related but fairly low competition keywords. Rather than try and "stuff" everything under one roof via the nursing site, I've decided to 'branch out' and create new sites.
On another front, while 'poking around' in various keyword research tools, I stumbled across a phrase with pretty high volume and low competition. On further examination, I found additional related low-competition phrases, so I went and bought a domain that I can use as an 'umbrella' for articles. The new site, Schools and Programs, revolves around school scholarships and grant programs. I went with a .info domain rather than a .com as I usually do, we'll see if keeps it from ranking as well.
On a separate note, with the new Pagerank update, my Blues Guitar site jumped to a PR3!
