Any body know where the rules are? I joined this "Forum" several years ago at someone's suggestion, at this point, not sure who. Every time I do something I get my hand slapped, "you are not allowed or you must do this 25 times before you can do that".

Where are the rules?

I am just trying to find away to make a few dollars here.

I paid for a life time membership, but other than a place to research new offer reviews, I am not feeling it...
