Have you ever though about hosting your own seminar?

It's easier then you think.

For example, I'm hosting a seminar in the local business area on how to grab more web presence with your website.

I sold 96/150 seats at a $115 price tag.

The seminar will be in July, so I have time to sell out. However, getting sales have been so easy, and explaining to them how to do basic SEO, linking, PPC, etc, etc, will be worth the cost for the attendees....

When it comes to site flipping we all know that the forumala:

High Quality Site + Traffic + Revenue = $X,XXX+ Flip

When preparing to flip a website I always say, How much do I want to make on this flip? How long do I want to hold onto it for?

Let answer these:

$1,000 and 8 weeks

These two questions set you in the right direction, because now you can calculate that you only need to earn $200 per month to reach approxmiately $1,000....
