I've been at it for awhile now, posting one article after another with EZ.
I don't think the quality of the content or the writing really matters, nor does the truth of the researched material have any impact.
What matters most is the combination of keywords and the resources box.
I thought I had the beginning of a good one recently as it went up to 140 views in two days. I said to myself: OMG, I think I have a small breakthrough. But it has fallen flat since then.
