Hey!

So a lot of my subscribers ask me how I get an App done for such a small amounts that I usually talk about in my emails and videos. So I guess I should write a blog post and explain how it’s done!

Lets start with the first step, the App idea. If you have been following my work you know that I am a big fan of a specific type of Apps. If you don’t know what type of App I am talking about then you need to go here and find out.

Now this type of App allows my to leverage on the things which I build. For example if I build the App itself then I can reuse it for different markets and verticals. This simple fact takes away almost all the development cost. ( Not to mention the time required to build an app from scratch)

Now that I have the App template figured out (Almost $50 to $100 to build it from scratch) then it’s time for what I am going to plug into the App and that usually is the content which I get done on Fiverr for almost $10 per App.

Next would be adding the content to the app, changing the App name and Icons and creating the screenshots. All of that would take my outsourcer almost an hour so let’s add another $3 for all of that. Now I am going to write the App description. You can also get that done on Fiverr or write it yourself if you are good at copy writing. I usually write it myself based on my initial market research. The last step would be to submit the App to the store. That would take 15 to 30 minutes and would cost another $1 for the outsourcer to do it.

So there you have it, if you publish 20 different Apps using the same source code then your average cost per App would be:

$5 For The App Source Code
$10 For The App Content
$3 for Icons and Screenshots and Putting The content and App together
$1 for App Submission

The total of the above is around $19. Of course you should take that as an example. Each type of App has it’s own requirements and modification process. If you want to find out more about how I do the process in details then check out this Free guide on the type of App that Makes money forever.
