Einstein on the subject of Education

The humans hunger for knowledge is like a bird of prey's drive to hunt and kill.
However, if one feeds a bird of prey food it doesn't want when its not hungry, when you finally let it loose, it will starve to death; its instinct having been destroyed.
Our children, who at the age of 5 ask approximately 300 questions a day and who want to know everything about everything, are then sent to school.
At school they are then force fed knowledge they don't want when they don't want it.
The result is that their instinct is destroyed and they eventually leave after 11 years of full time education not wanting to know nothing about anything and sometimes having learned precious little in the mean time.
What Einstien was intimating in using this metaphor was that: 'People will remember the answers to the questions that they personally asked'.
However, when we tell our children to "be quiet" and in doing so subdue their natural instant, and then compound that by force feeding them information that they don't want to learn, we end up with children who literally have had their instant to hunt down knowledge destroyed and replaced with learned helplessness that will starve their ability to learn to death!
The point is this.
If you feel you can't succeed or that you are incapable of achieving all that you are capable of, it may simply be down to the way you have been nurtured.
However, your true nature is to be creative and happy.
Therefore, if what you are doing isn't making you happy then you may not be being creative enough and that may be because you don't believe in yourself as much as you should.
Yet, as a human being you have universal and phenomenal power.
You are created in God's image and (as far as I am aware) God created all things. Therefore, you must have the ability to be creative!
Become God like and use happiness as your compass and barometer.
What you will find is the more creative you become the more happier you will also become. Then you are genuinely moving in the right direction.
