How to see bad link using majestic.com

Hello everyone!
I am using majestic.com I created .csv advanced report. Using that report I need to know what back links I should be removing
SourceCitationFlow|TargetCitationFlow|TargetTrustFlo
#1 url...........16...... |.......10.................. |..19
#2 url...........26...... |.......26.................. |..28

I always thought if SourceCitationFlow number is bigger than TargetCitationFlow, that back link is bad for my site and i have to remove.

Am I correct? And if not maybe you can help me to understand how to locate bad back link using free majestic.com
