LinkedIn is the no.1. business social network in the World, with over 300 million users. This means 300 million potential big-ticket customers!

Of course, like with every other case, you can't just start with saying that everyone on LinkedIn is your potential customer, but still 300 million users mean that you surely will find those who are your actual target customers.

You should always remember that LinkedIn is different from all other social networks, as it's a business-oriented platform. This means that with every step you make you should stay professional. No party photos, no funny-cat updates etc.

You have a much better chance of converting prospects to clients on LinkedIn, because they are there already to do business. This means they have a business-oriented mindset while using LinkedIn, and they will be more open to your offer.

However, you should never contact anyone directly with a sales offer. Although people are more open for business-proposals, they still have to know and trust you to choose you.

To get actual leads and convert LinkedIn users to customers always use a longer sales funnel, and start connecting with them by giving away some free advice or content. Build their trust gradually, and you will convert them to customer eventually.
