Getting back on the MI horse

Hi all,
Although I have been a member of this forum for a while I have not been very active, that is all going to change (I hope I can keep it up). This was for many reasons like I was working abroad, this give me all sorts of problems, sometimes I could only get internet connection of 12kbs (all day just to check mail) other times a website or program said that they would delay payment to me for 3 months because I was in Russia. I also wanted to learn all that I needed before I started, I now understand that you just have to get on with it. Yes I am going to make mistakes but how else will I find out what I need to learn?
Use it or lose it, all the hours I spent learning HTML and I do not think that I even a small bit of code down now (or am I just getting old). The point is that I should have started doing what I knew and then built up my skills as I went along. I mean when was the last time you started up your computer in DOS or made a program using BASIC.
Any of you seen [url=http://www.redbubble.com/people/martinspixs]martinspixs - RedBubble[/url] loads of great artists there. So how about this, have a look at the site and find an artist that you like and then;
• Ask them to design you a “T” shirt to advertise your business that they or/and you can sell.
• Get one to design your new logo in return for a link to your site (remember a lot of people here are artists and not into IM)
• All the images here are sold as prints and not down loaded like in stock sites so you could get an original and unique image for your site for as little as a link
Maybe not a promising list but if there is one thing that I do know and that is if anyone can make money from this, then it is you lot on this forum.
