My truthful ScriptReel review, I don't like it!
Script Reel failed to divulge that a subscription to Amazon AWS (text to speech or transcription) service is required. So there are possibly hidden charges that were not totally disclosed! Does ScriptReel Work? Perhaps ... however you do not need it. Plus, all youtube videos after 2014 are transcribed/captioned totally free already. Upload a youtube video, and it'll be transcribed free of charge!
