Paralysed by Fear

I've learned a great deal in the last several weeks. Gary Gregory webinars that i've watched on successwithanthony.com have opened my eyes to numerous ways to make money that i had never imagined. 
That being said, i've found myself unable to get moving and put these strategies into action. Has anyone else ever struggled with this issues :confused:
I am a 44 yr old guy, i deliver pizza, and live with my mother. I have a wonderful lady that i want to start a life with, but she lives thousands of miles away. My life has been in "do over" mode since i spent 51 weeks in rehab. I've been clean for several years now and miles away from the person i was when i was hiding from reality with drugs.
I really think that this is the best way to get to where i want to be with my life, but i am Terrified of failure. Hopefully, i will find the right amount of TNT to light under my butt to get me moving.
