I have just bought a website www.weddingsgallore.com I have no idea how to get traffic. any ideas? I have no idea what i'm doing

There are several ways to generate traffic to your website such as article marketing, building Squidoo lenses, utilizing the power of Web 2.0 and the social networking sites, blogging, posting in blogs and forums with a link to your website attached in the signature line, Pay Per Click and many others. There is a lot of information in this forum and on the web, as well as products. Some traffic generation methods are free such as article marketing and blogging others cost money such as Pay Per Click. Pick a method that you are comfortable with and take action. There are also traffic generation services, but they can be quite expensive.

- well It seems like your site is a blog site and from the looks of it you want to make money using adsense and directing customers to the jewelry store.
I would recommend writing articles and submitting them to ezinesarticles.com, this way you get traffic to your articles and then Targeted traffic to your website.
Also If you have the cash you can do some Google Pay Per click campaigns. this is where your charged only for the people that click your ad to go to your website. but I would have them go straight to your jewelry store site not to your blog site.
