Its an absolutely beautiful day in my city today...it was the same yesterday and after four months of freezing temps, being snow bound, rainy day after rainy day, I feel as if this break of sunshine is a real inspiration.
My family are all happier, less moaning and more fun, kids are all outside playing and having fun. Its like a release of happy endorphines have been blasted out of the sky

The best way to properly back up your WordPress install is;

1) get and install http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/wp-db-backup

2) secure a gMail address that will be used solely for database backups

3) configure the plug-in with your gmail address and set the schedule based on how frequently you post and how frequently you receive comments.

4) occassionally delete old backups from the gMail account.

Felt the need to post today for first time to this blog - inclination came after reading some posts on various threads within the forum..hope it is of interest or provokes some self discovery or comment.

It is quite bizarre the lengths people might go to for success - Success in my book being any form of happiness or contentment with life: ranging from health, fitness, career, relationships, love and money. Yet when we think of someone as being successful we tend to usually imagine...

One thing that frustrates a lot of bloggers is trying to get their feed accepted into their facebook fan page so that their posts are broadcast to their fans through the status update function at facebook.

I know this frustrates bloggers because many of them have paid me to make it happen for them through various freelance sites. For a while it seemed like I got hire to do that more than I did to build blogs for them.

You don't have to deal with that frustration though...
