I got an email today from a new customer who was concerned because he has no opt ins. I went to his site and - couldn't find an opt in area!

I know this sounds silly, but many newbies may not realize that a visitor to their site won't dig around from page to page to find an opt in form.

It needs to be on EVERY page, above the fold. That way if they're on your main blog home or have clicked through on a specific blog post entry, they'll have the chance to subscribe to...

Well I'm very disheartened right about now. I had a freelancer contact me awhile back begging for work because of a horrible personal situation. Tug at my heart strings, so I let the person do some graphics work and some writing for me - I needed to be doing some writing for my own sites, but had put it on the backburner, so this came in handy.

Since the work was great, I blasted my list for this person so that they would get even more work. They did some jobs to rave reviews. But...

So Google’s new Andriod phone drops on Wednesday. Will it be the be-all, end-all of cell phones? I don’t know. It does look pretty cool, though.

It’s sort of like an iPhone, but you’re not tied down to AT&T wireless with the Android. It has a lot of the same features as the iPhone. Heck, it even LOOKS kind of like an iPhone…except that the Android had a full KEYBOARD! Yeah, that’s right, a full keyboard. This could be a game-changer.
