IM Leadership, the next big opportunity?

I was watching a Ustream the other night from Howie Schwartz. He was introducing a new business model, IM Leadership.
Remember the ridiculous cash cow business model? That huge thread that was actually really cool?
That was the first one I saw for that business model in a while, and then some others appeared in the same line.
Basically, you build a foundation on offline businesses instead of a online business using affiliate program or paying per leads or whatever…
Here in Warriors, different approaches have been reported since then: making websites and giving hosting, doing seminars, selling leads or traffic… even renting virtual real estate or doing auctions.
But, of course, what makes Howie different is what makes Howie different… he developed the whole business model from the ground up and put all the pieces together in the program. He covers:
The tech side: Apprentice Voyeur training for organic domination. The scope of Apprentice is, as you know, seasonal affiliate marketing. Better join them or stay out of the way. I made the mistake of overlapping 2 keywords with them for Christmas… they killed me, complete waste of time and money. Can’t complain… using what I learned with them I made better choices in other keywords. Howie seems to run away from warlike toys… and there are a bunch of them.
The business side: Besides being the guy, a mad scientist, and a genius, he is doing something I don’t see anywhere else… He is not only providing information; he is working on your personal development too. He adds interaction, business mindset training and a couple of other goodies that open up your mind to what a business is and what it really takes to make money.
The connections: Of course in business, who you know is more important than what you know. He adds to this package his personal backup to the members: a lil nice website, a seal for stationary, and a video from him talking about the training.
Every product, every method is an invitation to play a game… it only becomes real if you play it. I buy a lot of products, but you don’t see me talking about many of them. Some of them are well developed and look really fun. For most of them, I don’t go to the active side; I stay on the snooping side to keep myself updated.
But Howie's stuff… I do it.
The second launch is on Tuesday April 21, 2009.
