You know I'm pretty new to this game! I've spent about two months carefully going through stuff and buying selective products with the best intentions of sticking with them through thick and thin as I've convinced myself they must have some value.

My conclusion is sadly that most the info available is just a slight re-interpretation of old methods or at best very basic.

I've found some good stuff, made some new friends and now have a select subset of product that I am adopting going forwards. I think the message I'm trying to deliver, is don't buy too many products, set yourself a budget and be wary of upsells, read feedback on products here if available - I have honestly found this forum one of the most useful resources so far.

Be very wary of information overload and trying to take too much in. It really does demoralize you very quickly.

I'd also recommend looking at Frank Kern's free videos, as I've found information there that others have tried to charge for!!

I'm really just starting this journey, but having filtered out a lot of the nonsense and 'sided' with my selected mentor groups, I feel the path is becoming very clear now.

Or at least that's how it appears...

We were all pretty new to the game at some point. I started hot and heavy back in 2004, after an almost fatal car accident.

I started with Ebay then wanted to learn how to write great descriptions, thats how I got hooked up with Ben Hart and copy writing.

I think everyone that has been marketing on the internet at some point falls prey to information overload. The real trick is being able to move on and come back at a later time.

WF has been a great place to learn more, help others and network with some of the best marketers on the planet.

    Thanks for the post
