6 years ago, my husband took up a post in Saudi Arabia. While there, and without realizing or knowing that there was money to be made on the net, I built a freebie site for South Africans having accepted contracts, but not knowing anything about the country and its various rules and regulation.

I thought my site was beautiful - hindsight and experience have shown me that it is dreadful and utterly embarrassing, so I will not provide that link. I never earned a penny from it, but then again, I didn't know that I could.

Several years later and back in Cape Town, I knew that I needed to earn an income somehow and so started my new "career". I discovered SBI!. My first "real" income earning site was about to become a reality.

And so I spent a year stumbling around, trying to understand what was going on in the fields of Internet and "Infonet" marketing, convinced that I was getting it right and would soon start earning.

My enthusiasm remained high, whilst my confidence began to wane. I joined the Warrior Forum. Ooops All these incredible people with so much knowledge to share. Did I post? No! I had no knowledge to share, only questions and more questions. So I lurked around.

My SBI site fell by the wayside, as I hunted and researched and bought more and more ebooks; videos; whatever was out there including a mega PIP site . I fell victim to the sales pages of scam artists and guru's alike. Spending, spending. Always spending more to buy more. Continually hoping that I would eventually find my way through the maze of information and disinformation.

Finally I was "rescued" from myself by a warrior, Michael Mayo.

It is time to fix my early sites so that they are no longer an embarrassment and so that I can finally earn an income.

It is also time to use my knowledge and experience of being an eternal "Newbie" to help other newbies - this will probably be a fairly long term project, as I write down every small step that a newbie must take in order to create a solid business with a good income.
